You will need to pick your race number and timing chip up on the night of the race.
Registration Enquiries desk will be open from 6:00pm and 7:10pm
There will only be on-the-day entries if there are places still available. The cost on-the-night will be £12 for club runners & £14 for unattached runners.
In common with the vast majority of races we do not offer refunds or deferrals.
We appreciate that some runners will get injured in the build up to the race so we allow numbers to be transferred up to and including 18th June 2018. Requests received after this date will not be permitted. (Note: Anyone who runs under someone else’s number will be disqualified and banned from future events) To transfer please get in touch with us using the contact form
The majority of the course is run on tarmac paths and so road shoes are recommended. There is a short, 100m, trail section, which can get muddy and have puddles after heavy rain. This is done three times. Please use your judgement closer to race day when choosing your footwear.
You must be 15yrs old on race day.

A medal for completing the event

Once the entry limit has been reached we will add any further entrants to a waiting list. We will allow any runner who enters the race but is then unable to compete, to swap their number with a person on the waiting list, up to and including 18th June 2018.
